Monochromatic artwork

These self portraits have been drawn using lead pencil. Darker areas have been achieved by using softer leads such as 2B and 4B. Lighter areas using a harder lead such as HB.

We Started doing this drawing by doing a grid on the page the boxes had to be six boxes down and four across. The reason for this was to make the drawing as accurate as possible it helped to get the lines right to where they should be.  We used pencils light and dark the light was to do the outline of my face and the dark was for the shading and my hair.  The dark was also to shade the back round of the drawing.  What i learned doing this drawing is to draw what you see not what you think you see.

Active Leadership

The first thing we had to learn about doing our Active Leadership is the PAR-Q. The PAR-Q is where you introduce yourself. Your name, safety features, and the game that you will be playing, You also have to make sure their shoe laces are tied too. I had to make sure that the team did a warm up so they wouldn't get injured and to get their heart rate up. We did things like light jogs and stretches.  The game that I played was volley tennis.  We played this game with our peers and we had to show them exactly how the game is played. I had to make sure the game was played properly and safely.

The way the game is played is there is a net between the two teams and they have one ball.  The teams have to keep it off the ground and which ever team lets it fall or lets it go outside the line its a point for the opposition team.
